From the outset, we will explain how we charge for our services; and we will, wherever possible pre-quote a fixed price or agree to a fixed fee. We will always provide you with an estimate of the anticipated costs.

At our initial meeting, we will discuss a fixed fee plan. All fees are payable monthly.  If we are required to undertake additional work which we have not addressed at the initial meeting, then we will always give you an idea of the cost in advance.

You will never receive surprise bills!

Yes, it does. If you wish to change accountants, then this is a relevantly easy process. Still, we do have to follow some professional courtesies, which involves us writing to your existing Accountant to confirm that there are no professional reasons why we should not act for you. This is generally a formality, and your outgoing Accountant will usually provide us with any relevant information about your affairs to make the changeover as smooth and as straightforward as possible for you.

We may on occasions request that you provide references. If you are already in business, we will ask you to let us have a copy of your most recent accounts/tax return. Additionally, under current legislation, we are legally obliged to obtain proof of your identity and address. This process will be fully explained to you at the initial meeting.

Firstly, to get a feel of the amount of work involved, we’d need a very brief review of your books and records. Additionally, we’d need a copy of your last financial accounts prepared by your current accountant to provide relevant advice. If there’s anything you need help with and think it’s relevant for us to know,

Please click on the Contact Us button or pick up the phone and give us a call. We’d love to hear from you!
