As per the Provision of Service Regulations 2009, we observe and act in accordance with the bye-laws and regulations of our professional body. Additionally, we comply with their code of ethics.

Auditing Services
ABS Accountancy is not licensed nor registered to carry out Audit work as defined by The Companies Act 2006.
However, under certain circumstances, we can undertake a Non-static audit. Typically, this occurs when a business suspects fraud or theft. Additionally, we can perform such audits when an audit isn’t legally required.
